Dr. Samih Bayram, M.D. 

M.B.B.Ch. (Italy) 1982, M.D.General Surgery (Rome University, Faculty of Medicine, General Surgery Dept.) 1988.  Served in the General Surgery Dept. of King Faisal University Hospital from 1982-1985.  From 1985-1995 General Surgeon in King Abdulaziz Airbase Hospital.  Worked as General Surgeon and General Director of Shorouk Al Hada Polyclinic during 1995-2005.  From November 2005 functioning as the Executive General Director of Dr.Fakhry & Al Rajhi Hospital.     

Medical Director:

Dr. M. Kamel, MD, Ph.D, FACR

Professor of Rheumatology, Al Azhar University and Consultant Rheumatologist. Dr. Kamel joined the hospital in 1986.  He is a fellow of the American College of Rheumatology.  He conducted a good number of advanced research projects, and has to his credit many original articles published in Saudi Arabia, USA, UK, France, Italy, Sweden, Greece, Japan and Egypt.  Dr. Kamel was awarded the European League Against Rheumatism 1985 Prize in Vienna.  He is a well-known speaker in international medical conferences, and also the Chairman of the Rheumatology Scientific Club. As Medical Director Dr. Kamel heads an integrated team of medical staff mostly professors, assistant professors from various universities, and other consultants and specialists.

Departments such as Nursing, Laboratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, Dietary, Medical Record, Finance, Administration, Reception, Public Relation, H.R., I.T., Housekeeping, Safety, Maintenance, Transportation, Catering etc., all function in perfect harmony as a team dedicated to ensure the utmost quality service for our patients and clients.

One of the most advanced hospital management systems in the Middle East “DMS” with 2 centralized data centers using the highest available technology is implemented in the Hospital to ensure most efficient and coordinated functioning.

The hospital is subject to many quality control programs e.g. Lab. Quality Control Program, Radiation Monitoring Program, Infection Control Program, Medical Record Review, Mortality Review, Risk Management and Quality Improvement Program.

Medical Services Organization and Quality Improvement Unit of Saudi Aramco conduct regular and periodic inspection visits to the hospital. the hospital management is pleased with these visits and always appreciates their recommendations. We are proud with the results of their visits.
